The following terms are relevant to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as any Agreements established: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” pertain to you, the individual accessing this website and consenting to the terms and conditions outlined by the Company. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to our company. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All these terms encompass the offering, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to engage in our assistance to the Client in the most suitable manner, whether through formal meetings of a predetermined duration or any other means. This is done with the clear intent of meeting the Client’s requirements concerning the provision of the Company’s stated services and products, in compliance with the prevailing laws of the United States. Any use of the aforementioned terminology or other words, whether singular or plural, capitalized or not, and whether denoting he/she or they, is interchangeable and is thus understood to refer to the same.
- Cancellations made within seven days of the reservation will incur a 100% charge.
- For reservations that run over 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time, charges will apply in hourly increments.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles, and violating this rule will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
- Passengers must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol during the ride. If underage drinking is detected, the ride will be terminated, and no refund will be provided.
- A fee of $500 will be assessed for any instances of regurgitation within the vehicle.
- Any missing or damaged glassware will result in a charge of $8 per glass, and any passenger-caused damage to the vehicle will incur repair costs.
- Rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in fuel prices.
- We are not responsible for any mechanical breakdowns during the ride.
RATE POLICY
Our rates are subject to additional charges, including tolls, airport fees, and parking fees when applicable.
Hourly service charges start from the time our chauffeur departs from our Milford, MA garage to your pickup location and continue until your final destination, when our chauffeur returns to our garage.
Each additional hour of service will be billed based on our hourly rate.
Additional fees apply to all stops made during your trip, including wait time.
We charge a $20 fee for each infant, toddler, or booster car seat provided.
For pickups between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM, a $20 fee applies, and there is a $25 fee for services on major US holidays.
Trips are charged to the customer’s credit card, and we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and DISCOVER CARD. We also offer direct billing options for frequent travelers and corporate accounts.
GRACE PERIOD
We provide a 15-minute grace period before and after the scheduled pickup time for free.
WAIT TIME
For non-airport pickups, waiting time will apply after a 15-minute grace period has elapsed. Domestic arrivals have a 30-minute grace period before waiting time applies, while international arrivals have a 1 hour and 15-minute grace period.
WAIT TIME RATES
- Sedans: $1.50 per minute
- SUVs: $2.00 per minute
ADDITIONAL STOP FEE
A $25.00 fee applies to stops made within a 15-minute maximum proximity of the pickup or drop-off location, with a stop duration of up to 5 minutes. This fee only applies to transfer services with a stop.
LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW
- For Sedans and SUVs, a cancellation made within 2 hours of the pickup time is considered a billable late cancel, and you will be billed for a minimum of 2 hours. No shows for Sedans and SUVs are billed as a minimum of 2 hours.
- For Mercedes Benz Sprinters, a cancellation made within 24 hours of the pickup time is considered a billable late cancel, and you will be billed for a minimum of 3 hours. No shows for Mercedes Benz Sprinters are billed as a minimum of 3 hours.
- For Mini-Coaches, a cancellation made within 48 hours of the pickup time is considered a billable late cancel, and you will be billed for a minimum of 4 hours. No shows for Mini-Coaches are billed as a minimum of 4 hours.
- For Motor Coaches, a cancellation made within 72 hours of the pickup time is considered a billable late cancel, and you will be billed for a minimum of 6 hours.
FOR POINT-TO-POINT & AIRPORT SERVICE
If a customer does not show up at the pre-arranged pickup location, a fee equal to the base fare, wait time, and a recommended chauffeur gratuity (gratuity amount at your discretion) will be charged. To avoid a no-show fee, please call our office locally at (866) 503-8996, and the dispatcher will promptly direct your chauffeur to you.
